The library of the Ostroh Academy is a modern library and information centre that provides access to funds and electronic resources. The round domed building was built according to the project of the architect Myroslav Chabak. The author of the idea was the rector of the academy Ihor Pasichnyk. In 2006, the project of the library premises was awarded the State Prize of Ukraine in the field of architecture. The grand opening of the book collection took place on June 22, 2007.
The library space is also used for various exhibitions, and its visit is part of the tour route.
