The Museum of Ostroh Academy welcomes visitors from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Guides are mostly students-volunteers, so for quality and convenient service, a pre-order is required. Service on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays is possible only by prior arrangement (1-2 days) and agreement on the time of the tour. In the case of 30 minutes lateness of the group without warning, the order for the tour is cancelled. Excursions are coordinated by the head of the museum.

Excursion cost:
- for children, students and retirees – 100 ₴ (for a group of up to 25 people) and 200 ₴ (for groups from 25 to 40).
- for other visitors – 200 ₴ (for a group of up to 25 people) and 300 ₴ (for groups from 25 to 40).
Excursion groups of more than 40 people must be divided into two due to the small observation area in the exhibition halls.
Excursions are available in English, Russian and Polish:

Free excursions are available for the following categories of people: visiting teachers of the National University “Ostroh Academy”; participants of conferences, panel discussions, presentations that take place within the university; university patrons; guests of the university, whose invitation is supervised by the rector of the educational institution; participants of exchange programs based on the university, groups of entrants of NaUOA and their parents, organized by the Institute of Distance Learning, during the open days; orphans and semi-orphans. In case of inconsistency with this list, a free tour for visitors is possible only if there is an application signed by the rector of NaUOA.
In addition to general sightseeing tours, the museum staff conducts thematic tours for schoolchildren, career guidance tours for applicants and their parents.
