The theme of overcoming the abyss as a symbol of misunderstanding, non-acceptance, and alienation is also present in the work “Voice in the Wilderness”. A large rosary of human figures symbolising humanity finds itself at the edge of an abyss that cannot be overcome. On the other hand, there is a lonely figure that represents a leader, a guide who is unable to get along with the crowd. The abyss, the centre of the composition, divides the sculpture into two conventional planes and sets the mood for the entire work, forcing the viewer to think about the theme of understanding, the path and fate of humanity. The collection includes two works named “Voice in the Wilderness”. One is made of bronze, and the other is made of polymer.
